职责描述： 1、Working closely with and supporting members of the operations and product teams Ｏn communications related campaigns and initiatives, including in areas related to partnerships, product, operations, and marketing opportunities； 2、Working with the Brazilian media, government, local companies, including pitching stories and building and managing relationship； 3、Strong public relations ability to obtain and maintain local resources and handle crises； 4、As a middleman, has the ability to promote effective cooperation between Kwai and potential partners and invites a large number of users, content creators, and influencers to enter Kwai； 5、Develop communication plans and collaborate with teams and agencies for execution. 任职要求： 1、based in Brazil or Beijing with at least 30% travel； 2、Bachelor’s degree or higher； 3、In-depth understanding with the local market, especially local culture and Internet development trend. Excellent networking skills； 4、5 years’ relevant working experience (from a similar tech or internet business)； 5、An excellent communicator who can successfully build relations with key stakeholders both internally and externally； 6、Experience in handling issues and crises； 7、A team player who can lead projects and strong project management skills； 8、Ability to work independently. Strong issues and priorities judgement and decision-making skills； 9、Experience working in cross-border, multi-cultural environment is preferred； 10、Strong English and Portuguese verbal communication and writing skills.
